ZSL系列内流式网前筛/ ZSL Series Inflow Approach Screen
用 途:
主要适用于纸机的网前筛选。浆料工作浓度在0.5-1.2%之间。
结构特点：
杂质在筛鼓外侧受转子运动的离心力作用而远离筛鼓，使之对筛鼓表面的磨损少，延长了筛鼓的使用寿命。
在通过旋翼的瞬间，浆流的自身旋转运动抵消了部分正脉冲，因此旋翼形成的正压脉冲相应减小，使得浆料进行了温和筛选。
脉冲的降低也有益于浆料在压力稳定的状态进入纸机流浆箱，从而使纸机运行平稳，减少断头。
该设备通过量大、能耗低，筛选效率高，尾渣量小。
Application:
As a screening equipment before paper machine, the working consis- tency of approach screen is around 0.5-1.2%.
Design Features
Under the pressure of centrifugal movement from rotor, the impurity moves around the outside part of screen basket. Since the impurity moves quite far away from screen basket, the service life of screen basket can be increased due to less wear.
The pulp rotating movement offsets some part of positive pulse at the moment that it flows through rotor, thus the positive pulse created by the rotor decreases, which results in mild screening of impurity from pulp.
Lower pulse help in sending pulp into headbox of paper machine in a stable condition so that the paper machine can run stably and less broken ends can be created.
The design of inflow approach screen helps in more througput, lower energy consumption,higher screening efficiency and less rejects.
