捷流蝶阀

阀杆直径:对多回转类明杆阀门,不能组装成电动阀门。因此,如果电动蝶阀装置允许通过的最大阀杆直径不能通过所配阀门的阀杆,电动装置空心输出轴的内径必须大于明杆阀门的阀杆外径。对局部回转阀门以及多回转阀门中的暗杆阀门,虽不用考虑阀杆直径的通过问题,但在选配时亦应充分考虑阀杆直径与键槽的尺寸,使其组装后能正常工作。

操作力矩:操作力矩是选择阀门电动装置的最主要参数。电动蝶阀运动过程可由行程、转矩或轴向推力的大小来控制。由于阀门电动装置的工作特性和利用率取决于阀门的种类、工作规范及阀门在管线或设备上的位置, 阀门电动蝶阀装置是实现阀门程控、自控和遥控不可缺少的设备。因此,正确选择阀门电动装置,对防止出现超负荷现象(工作转矩高于控制转矩)至关重要。通常,这是正确选择阀门电动蝶阀装置的依据。

电动装置输出力矩应为阀门操作最大力矩的1.2-1.5倍。

电动蝶阀操作推力:阀门电动装置的主机结构有两种:一种是配置推力盘,输出力矩通过推力盘中的阀杆螺母转换为输出推力,直接输出力矩;另一种是不配置推力盘。

输出轴转动圈数:阀门电动装置输出轴转动圈数的多少与阀门的公称通径、阀杆螺距、螺纹头数有关。要按M=HZS(H为阀门开启高度,M为电动装置应满足的总转动圈数,S为阀杆传动螺纹螺距,Z为阀杆螺纹头数)计算。

Stem diameter: multi turn type open rod valve, can not be assembled into electric valve. Therefore, if the maximum stem diameter permitted by the electric butterfly valve is not accessible through the stem of the valve to be fitted, the inner diameter of the hollow output shaft of the electric motor must be greater than the outer diameter of the stem of the valve. The local rotary valve and multi turn valves in the dark bar valve, though not considered by the stem diameter, but the selection should also take full account of stem diameter and keyway size, so that the work can be assembled.
Operating torque: operating torque is the most important parameter to select the valve electric device. The motion process of an electric butterfly valve can be controlled by the size of stroke, torque or axial thrust. Due to the location of the job specification and valve type, valve actuators of the operating characteristics and utilization depends on the valve in the pipeline or equipment, electric butterfly valve device is programmed to achieve the valve, automatic control and remote control devices indispensable. Therefore, the correct choice of valve electric device, to prevent overload (torque is higher than the control torque) is essential. Usually, this is the basis for the correct selection of the valve motor butterfly valve.
The output torque of the electric device shall be 1.2-1.5 times of the maximum torque of the valve operation.
Electric butterfly valve operation thrust: the structure of main valve electric device has two kinds: one is the thrust configuration, the output torque is converted to output thrust through the thrust plate of the stem nut, direct output torque; the other one is not configured thrust plate.
Output shaft rotation number: valve electric device output shaft, the number of turns and valve nominal diameter, stem pitch, thread head number. To press M=HZS (H for the valve opening height, M for the electric device should meet the total number of turns, S for the stem drive thread, screw pitch, Z for the stem thread head) calculation.
