  • Beijing Lunhua Science Technology Co. Ltd., is mainly engaged in research and development of paper fiber and textile fiber. By its independent invention, many fiber analysis and testing/measurement instruments of different kind were made.
    Wang Juhua, the founder of the firm, is a famous expert in paper fiber field in China as well as a leading figure in the industry. She has over 40 years of work experiences in paper fiber research. Under the guidance of Teacher Wang Juhua, China Pulp and Paper Research Institute worked out the earliest paper fiber analysis instrument,which obtained Science and Technology Progress Award issued by the Ministry of Light Industry. Currently Beijing Lunhua Science and Technology Co. Ltd., produces paper fiber and textile fiber analysis instrument that is advanced and of high end in the country. As one of the senior experts in paper fiber morphological analysis,Teacher Wang Juhua dedicated her whole life to the research and technology upgrading of the field.
    The company also engages in analysis, inspection and test of various paper samples, analysis and identification of paper antiques as well as giving support to public security in criminal investigations. In addition, it carries out research on ancient paper making technology, on the area of which it publicized many academic works and thesis. It trained a lot of microscopic analysis and measurement specialists.

    It was independently developed in China with high automation,clear image,fresh color and precise measurement. It serves an important instrument for paper science and technology research,teaching,manufacturing,analysis of culture relics and detective investigation. The instrument has non or micro invasive analysis function.

    On the surface of fiber cross section, mark and select desired range of measurement, click “measure”, the value of fiber wall lumen ratio will be displayed automatically.

    Make special fiber reagent act on paper sample, different kind of fiber will show different color, the instrument is able to measure percentage of fiber content of different kinds according to the color in a semi or fully automatic manner. The instrument can automatically identify and measure cotton pulp (red) 40%, softwood pulp (grey) 30% and chemical mechanical pulp (yellow)30%.

    The instrument can analyze craft character of paper by directly observing surface structural morphology of paper. China Pulp and Paper Research Institute gave non invasive analysis on surface coating processing phenomenon of certain specialty paper using this instrument. China National Museum made study on Tibet buddhist text paper by minimal invasive method using this instrument and the result showed that fiber was 100% of wolfsbane.

    PXWY-VIII paper fiber instrument is very convenient to measure the form of fiber. It enables quantitive measurement of index which was impossible before. It realized automation in measurement and statistics. The form of fiber can be observed directly and clearly in making measurement and chromogenic reaction of fiber can be displayed clearly when treating fiber with reagent.It has wide application in paper scientific research,teaching, cracking a criminal case, commodity inspection and antique paper identification.
