| Bad Board Hopper Disassembly/Assembly |

| 1. Remove the four 1/4 - 20 x 1/2 button head screws and lock washers |
| that secure the shafts to the hopper frame and remove the guide assembly |
| from the frame. |

| 2. Remove the two 6 - 32 x 3/8 cap screws and lock washers that secure |
| the collar clamps to the shafts. Loosen the two 6 - 32 cap screws and |
| lock washers that lock the collar clamps to the shafts then slide the collar |
| clamps and front guide assembly from the shafts. |
| 3. If necessary, remove extension spring and the two shoulder screws that |
| secure the hinge to the front guide and remove the hinge. |
| 4. Remove the eight 8 - 32 x 1/2 cap screws and lock washers that secure |
| the two linear bearings to the rear guide assembly and remove the linear |
| bearings, shafts and rear guide assembly. |

| 5. If necessary, remove the four 8 - 32 x 5/16 flat head screws that secure |

| the rear guide bracket to the rear guide and remove the rear guide |
| bracket from the rear guide. |

| 6. If necessary, remove the two shoulder screws that secure the hinge to |
| the rear guide and remove the hinge. |

| Slide a linear bearing on each shaft then insert them through the rear |
| guide assembly as shown. Secure the linear bearings to the rear guide |
