ZDR系列盘式热分散/ ZDR Series Disc Disperser







用途:

ZDR系列盘式热分散机用于处理废纸原料中的热熔物、胶粘物、沥青、油墨等杂质。将前道工序无法除去,但肉眼可见的细小杂质,在高温、高浓度的条件下,通过控制精度在0.01mm的帚化齿盘的强化剥离并分散成肉眼不可见的微小颗粒,并通过对纤维的分丝帚化,提高浆料的打浆度、成纸的匀度和裂断长、强化漂白的化学品同浆料的均匀混合。

结构特点:

ZDR系列盘式热分散机由帚化齿形热分散器、机体与传动装置、主控液压系统、位移传感装置、润滑系统等组成。25~

30%浓度的浆料在加热螺旋器加热至80~130℃温度并混合化学药品,以圆粒状形态入进料螺旋,进料螺旋通过热分散器上的螺旋转盘,将浆料挤压到间隙0.1~0.5mm的帚化齿形的动盘与定盘之间,从中心向外通过齿盘间的破碎区、磨浆区和精磨区,在帚化齿盘间浆料受到强力的均匀的机械和物理作用,搓研并软化,使热地物、胶粘物、油墨等从纤维上剥离,并分散成肉眼看不见的微小颗粒,也使浆料与化学药品均匀混合。热分散机装置的主控液压系统,位置传感装置和电气系统以0.01mm 的控制精度实现帚化齿盘间隙的自动检测,变化与恢复到正常值,保证热分散机的技术性能。分散比能由精度为0.01mm的电气一液压系统进行控制,保证质量最稳定,改善纤维的工艺特性,提高纸浆强度性能。处理后浆料视觉均匀。大大降低能量消耗,其吨浆耗电为 35-40KW/h.

功能优势一单液压缸驱动:

单液压缸驱动为目前国际上盘式热散主机上最先进的结构形式。采用单液压缸驱动的盘式热分散机,其主轴的密封问题得到较好解决:密封点由4个变2个;增加了C型空气滤清器让润滑腔体压力与大气压力平衡,延长了V形密封环的设计使用寿命,在保留盘式原密封形式的基础上在新盘式热分散前端增加了新的组合密封形式。对主轴密封起到双保险的作用。

Application:

Design Features:

ZDR series disc disperser consists of fibrillating fluted disperser, body, driving unit, main control hydraulic system,

displacement sensing unit and lubricating system, etc. In the heating screw, the pulp with the consistency of 25-30% is heated to 80-130 ° C and mixed with the chemicals. Then the pulp enters the feeding screw in the form of round particles.Through the screw-rotating disc in the disperser, the pulp is extruded into the 0. 1-0. 5mm gap between the fibrillating fluted moving disc and fixing one, and then outwards from the center the pulp goes through the crushing, jordaning and refining zones between the ftuted discs. Between the fibrillating fluted discs, the pulp will be mechanically and physically acted intensively and evenly rubbed and softened so that the hot melt material, adhesive material and ink etc. will be peeled off from fibers and dispersed into invisible tiny granules and the pulp wilt be mixed with the chemicals evenly. Disperser's main control hydraulic system, position sensitive device and electrical system implement automatic detection of the gap of the fibrillating fluted discs with the control accuracy of 0. 01mm, make the gap come back to the normal value so that disperser's technical performances will be assured. Dispersing specific energy is controlled by the electrical-hydraulic system with the accuracy of 0. 01mm, so that the best stability of quality will be ensured. ZDR series disc disperser helps in improving the process properties of fiber and enhancing the strengths of pulp. After treatment, the pulp is visually even. Single hydraulic cylinder drive is one of most advanced structure types in disc disperser. Adopting single hydraulic drive can solve sealing problem of main shaft on disc disperser ; Sealing points change from 4 to 2 ; Adding C-type air filter results in balancing lubrication cavity pressure and atmospheric pressure. It extends the design service life of V-shaped sealing ring. Add new assem- bly sealing in the front end of disc disperser with single hydraulic cylinder drive on the basis of keeping the original sealing. Both of sealing dually protect the sealing of main shaft.
