ZDS系列S型水力碎浆机/ ZDS Series Hydrapulper With S-type Rotor
用 途 ：
S
型转子是专为粉碎湿强纸和其它难碎解废纸而设计的，同时，这种转子又是专门为碎浆机能在中浓度，低能耗的情况下运转而设计的。碎浆的浓度范围可以在3%-8%之间变化，这取决于原料以及碎浆机是连续工作或间歇工作。
结构特点:
S型水力碎浆机为立式，其功能是由一个S型的转子在碎浆机槽体中转动，槽体底部带有筛板，良浆通过筛板连续出料。 转子的动力由皮带和电机带动。
Application:
The S-type pulper is designed to beat the high strengthen waste paper into
pulp with medium consistency and lower power consumption.
The consistency ( with range of 3-8%) shall be subject to input raw
material and operation method of pulper in continuously or batch.
Design Features:
The S-type pulper is designed in vertical structure. Impeller driven by
belt and motor rotates in the vat; accepts flow through continuously the screen
plate in the bottom of vat.
