斯派莎克Y型过滤器

    英国斯派莎克FIG33过滤器用来确保所有装置免受因管道内杂质、铁锈及焊渣等造成的堵塞和损坏。从而降低了维修费用和生产损失。

过滤器可安装在蒸汽管路、油管、水管及压缩空气系统管路中，保护各种计量仪器、泵机、减压阀、温控阀、蒸汽疏水阀及其它设备。

    Fig12/13/14/16Y型过滤器，螺纹连接，材质分别为球墨铸铁、铸铁、铸钢和不锈钢、可用于蒸汽、水及其它流体系统中。

Fig33/34/36/37Y型过滤器，法兰连接，材质分别为铸铁、铸钢、不锈钢和球墨铸钢。

    Fig7篮式过滤器，法兰连接，碳钢材质。本体上可钻孔以安装压力表和排污阀。

过滤网

英国斯派莎克FIG33过滤器的滤网规格齐全，孔径1/64"至3/16''r或40目至200目，同时，根据不同的材料，滤网材质分别有黄铜、不锈钢、蒙乃尔高强度耐蚀镍铜合金等。注意:最好不要安装比需要更细的滤网;建议200目的滤网只用于煤气或空气管路中。

安装

    为防止过滤器中积聚凝结水，成为水锤来源并限制过滤区域，在蒸汽主管内口径大于1"(DN25)的过滤器应水平安装。

Filter

Spirax full screen size of the filter pore size of 1/ 64 " to 3/16'' r or 40 mesh to 200 mesh , and , depending on the material , the filter material are of brass, stainless steel, Monel high strength corrosion resistant nickel-copper alloy , etc. Note : It is best not to install a finer mesh than needed ; recommend 200 mesh screen is used only for gas or air line .

Installation

    In order to prevent the accumulation of condensation water filter has become the source of water hammer and limit filtration area in the steam main diameter greater than 1 "(DN25) filter should be installed horizontally .
